You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, follow the instructions provided in your account settings.

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Collect Software Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Collect Software Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collect Software Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these ToS.

These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these ToS or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
